How long does the order process take?
"From start to finish, turnaround time is normally within two weeks for UK orders. International orders can take a touch longer depending on destination. For more information, read our order process page."
I need a quick turnaround, can you help?
"We'll always do our very best to help meet your deadline. Get in touch to discuss your ideal deadline date. Remember to add your ideal date to the "directions and notes" box on the product order form."
Do you make bespoke word art designs?
"Yes we do. You may have a clear idea of what you'd like to create or you might have seen something somewhere which has inspired you. Whatever the scenario, we’ll work with you to create the perfect print."
Do you ship internationally?
"We can send our unframed prints and wall stickers anywhere using Royal Mail's international service. Other products are limited by size and destination. For shipping rates, please see shipping and turnaround."
How many words or phrases can I use?
"You can find the recommended number of words or phrases on the product pages - however, they're just a guide. Too many words is better than too few. Our inspiration and ideas page is a great starting point."
Do the framed print sizes include the mount and frame?
"No they don't. The sizes quoted represent the artwork print size. For edge to edge size, please add approximately 2 inches for the picture mount and 2 inches for the frame width."
Do I get to see a preview of my artwork?
"Absolutely. We’ll email a preview within one week of your order for approval, usually sooner. We understand you may need to add or replace some words. We won't charge you for changes."
Which cards do you accept?
"We accept all major credit and debit cards including: Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Solo, Maestro and American Express. You can also pay using PayPal with or without a PayPal account."
What is your returns policy?
"Artwork is made to order. We do not accept returns without prior agreement and will only accept returns due to transit damage. Please see our full terms and conditions."
